Tim has responsibility for the Risk Mitigation line of business within Acxiom. Throughout his career at Reuters, Bowne & Company, Digex, and Exodus Communications, Tim has a record of leading sales forces to record revenue achievements. His management experience includes creating and leading Sales organizations in London, Sydney, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. Prior to joining Acxiom, Tim was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Innodata Isogen in New York.

Tim received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Marquette University (1993) and was selected to study in his third year at the Loyola University Rome Center in Rome, Italy. Tim and his wife, Lauren, have three children.

Hank Muetterties
General Counsel

Hank joined Acxiom in August, 2005 immediately following the acquisition of InsightAmerica. He has an extensive background in the risk mitigation marketplace, serving as the chief legal officer of DBT Online from its inception in 1995 until its acquisition in 2000. He has served as an officer to two publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Acxiom, he worked with a number of smaller software development companies, utilizing his extensive experience in technology licensing. He began his career in the intellectual property working for technologically advanced companies in the fields of aerospace, automotive, power generation, insulation products and oil exploration.

Hank has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Univiersity of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, Lisa, and the two youngest of his four daughters.

Kathleen joined Acxiom Risk Mitigation in October of 2000. In her 7-year tenure, she has been promoted through the ranks of accounting and management, culminating in her current role as Financial Controller. Kathleen earned a BS from the University of Denver and her MBA in Finance/Accounting/International Business from Regis University.
Kathleen been recognized as a Leadership Candidate representing the Risk Line of Business, as well as, received the Employee of the Year Award in both 2004 and 2006. Kathleen and her husband, Roger, live in Colorado.

Mitchell Bennett, joined Acxiom in June 2007, and is responsible all the product solutions in the Risk Mitigation Division. Mitch has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, product development, sales, and marketing.

Prior to Acxiom, Mitch was Vice President of International Operations at Intrado, Inc leading their operations in China, Singapore and Switzerland. Mitch has held executive leadership positions at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Excite@Home, leading sales and marketing, corporate development, and product management teams. Mitch was a pioneer in the development of web-based interactive marketing solutions and e-commerce strategies for many Fortune 500 clients as president of MatchLogic an Excite@Home company.

Mitch has a B.B.A for the University of Iowa and resides in Boulder, CO with his wife and children.
